The Daejeon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (Director Park Dae-hee) announced on the 26th that it successfully held the final performance sharing event for the 4th cohort of Social Impact Changers.

The "Social Impact Changers" program, launched in 2020, is a Daejeon-based initiative aimed at discovering and fostering technology-driven social ventures that solve social problems using technological capabilities and innovative ideas.

This year, the Daejeon Innovation Center selected 14 teams, providing education and professional 1-on-1 mentoring over a 12-week period starting in April. The program included idea validation, commercialization processes, and a mid-term evaluation. Outstanding teams were given commercialization funding to support their growth.

The 14 teams that completed the program include SafeHomes (CEO Jeong Dong-hoon), CarbonEnergy (CEO Na Si-young), FunliHap (CEO Ahn Yeong-sang), FarmsLink (CEO Jeong Jong-hwa), AkronEco (CEO Bae Deok-gwan), TevaSoft (CEO Oh Jeong-seop), BayThings (CEO Kim Dong-nak), TheEN (CEO Kim Sung-tak), Cheonnyeon Sihyang (CEO Ahn Baek-rin), DigitalCent (CEO Lee Hae-ryong), EMCity (CEO Lee Bong-ho), Sammulter (CEO Yun Pil-seon), and URTech (CEO Lee Sang-woo).
